A standard cleaning covers the essentials your home needs to feel genuinely clean: vacuuming carpets and hard floors, mopping, dusting surfaces and furniture, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, sinks, tubs/showers, mirrors), wiping down kitchen countertops and the exterior of appliances, removing trash, and general tidying throughout. Nope — we arrive fully equipped. Our team brings all the tools and eco-friendly, family-safe cleaning products needed for every visit. Our products are non-toxic and safe for homes with children, pets, and sensitive individuals. If you have a preferred product you'd like us to use for a specific surface, just let us know and we'll accommodate where possible.

For a standard-sized home (around 1,200–1,800 sq ft), a regular cleaning typically takes about 2.5 to 3 hours. Larger homes, homes with more rooms, or first-time visits that haven't been professionally cleaned recently may take longer. Deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleans take more time by nature. We'll give you a realistic time estimate at booking based on your home's size and condition.

You don't need to be home — many of our regular clients simply leave entry instructions and go about their day. We respect your space and your trust completely. Deep cleanings take significantly longer than a standard visit — typically anywhere from 4 hours to a full day, depending on your home's size and current condition. Larger homes or homes that haven't been professionally cleaned in a while will require more time. We'll give you a specific estimate when you book so you can plan accordingly.

For most East Valley homes, once or twice a year is a great baseline. If you have pets, a high-traffic household, or haven't had a professional cleaning in a while, you may want to do it more frequently. Many of our clients start with a deep clean before transitioning to regular recurring visits — it's a great way to establish a clean baseline and make each subsequent visit faster and more effective.

Our move-in/move-out cleaning covers the entire interior of the home: kitchen appliances inside and out (oven, fridge, microwave), cabinet and drawer interiors, all countertops and backsplashes, bathrooms scrubbed from top to bottom (including tubs, toilets, showers, and mirrors), all surfaces dusted and wiped down, floors vacuumed and mopped throughout, and trash removed. We want to leave the property in the cleanest possible condition — whether you're handing over keys or moving into a fresh start.

As a rough general estimate, we can typically clean about 1,000 square feet per hour on a move clean, depending on the condition of the property.
